Not Everyone Needs Growth, Some People Need to Pause

There are seasons when continuing to grow in the usual way only takes you further from what you actually need.

We live in a time that is deeply attached to growth.

More growth. More speed. More achievement. More becoming.

After hearing that long enough, you start to believe that pausing is failure.

But there are seasons when the answer is not more. It is less.

Less pressure. Less proving. Less living as if upward is the only honest direction.

Some people do not lack goals. They lack sleep, silence, and the ability to hear themselves without performing.

Stopping is not the opposite of life. Sometimes it is how life is protected.

At times, the truest movement is not forward. It is the pause that lets you catch up with yourself.
