You Do Not Lack Motivation, You Lack Truth

What holds you still is not always low energy. Sometimes it is the refusal to face what you already know.

You think you lack motivation, so you look for more ways to push yourself.

You read something encouraging. Set another goal. Try to feel driven again.

Sometimes it works. Usually not for long.

Motivation struggles to last when it is forced to fight a truth you already know.

Maybe you have been tired for a long time. Maybe you no longer want what you are chasing. Maybe you are protecting an image of yourself.

When truth stays hidden, you spend enormous energy preserving the old story.

That looks like low motivation. But often it is exhaustion from resisting what is already clear.

What carries you furthest is not motivation. It is the truth you no longer avoid.
